Includes a complete 30-day training program to fit your goals and available equipment (if any). Easy to follow workout plan accessible online or member's only app. Includes training calendar, specific sets, reps & exercise video demonstrations and written instructions so you know exactly what to do. Support when you need it.
Choose from 3 levels:
• Beginner Basics: This complete training program will help you learn the foundational weight training exercises and give you the basics before progressing to the 90-day Training with Kiana.
• Intermediate: Training format includes: progressive workouts and exercises to keep your muscles guessing to get results. Methods include: super sets, opposing muscle group training, triple sets...
• Advanced: Advance techniques including drop sets, super sets, negatives, burn out sets, off balance training...
