For the best of both worlds, both a home gym and gym membership is ideal depending on your available time and mood. When I created Kiana’s Flex Appeal the Home Gym Training segment was one of the most popular segments of the show. I developed training routines & demonstrated exercises that could be performed in the convenience of your own home using portable equipment found in local sporting goods stores such as: weights, fitness bench, jump rope.
