Log your workouts on my members-only app. Click "finish" and my Team and I are notified you completed your workout. (How is that for accountability?) You will be training 5 days per week. Start each workout with a 10-minute general warmup. Follow with a light set of each exercise on the day's plan. Select a weight that makes it challenging to perform the designated number of repetitions. Use strict form throughout.
