Kiana is the Host & Founder of Kiana's Flex Appeal. Upon its debut in 1995, Kiana’s Flex Appeal achieved the “highest rated show in the history of ESPN Network after only 1 week of airing.” Kiana’s Flex Appeal is the “#1 rated fitness show of all time” airing worldwide in 80 million homes around the world.
In addition to Hosting her top rated fitness show, Kiana is also the Creator and Founder. Kiana was involved in literally every aspect of her shows: selecting locations, choosing co-producers, cast & crew, creating and writing the workout segments, directing select segments, viewing dailys and even during tedious editing process during post production in the New York Production Studios.
Kiana created the popular segments: Home Gym, Pro Gym, Aqua Flex, Target Training, Fact or Fiction, Kids to Seniors.

Due to the tremendous success of Kiana’s Flex Appeal, ESPN created numerous other television shows for Kiana including: “Kiana’s 2 Fit Too Quit,” “Hot Summer Nights with Kiana,” “X Games,” Summer Sizzle,” “Super Bowl Nightlife.” Kiana’s Flex Appeal was filmed at the top resorts in Maui and Jamaica.
Kiana worked for ESPN as a reporter for the X Games and also emceed the inaugural black tie dinner for the Governor of Rhode Island in Providence, Rhode Island. Kiana Hosted the National and International Fitness America Pageants for ESPN & ESPN2. In addition to hosting, Kiana was ABC / ESPN Television Reporter "Super Bowl Nightlife" ABC interviewing Jay Leno, Marcus Allen and covering the NFL Players nightlife during Super Bowl Week in Arizona. Kiana was X Games reporter covering the X Games: Sky Surfing, Inline Skating, Wake Boarding, Sky Surfing, & even participating in Street Luging.
